DeSLUDGE Super Powerful Flushing Oil Concentrate is ideal for use in all Diesel and Petrol (gasoline) engines.
This Eco-Friendly product will remove abrasive sludge from inside diesel and petrol (gasoline) engines. 200% Money Back Product Performance Guarantee
This EASY-TO-USE eco-friendly product added to engine oils just prior to an oil and filter change will, without harmful effects to your engine, do the following:
▪ Remove abrasive oil sludge from inside engines.
▪ Free sticking piston rings
▪ Remove cylinder glaze
▪ Reduce “blow-by”
▪ Reduce engine overheating
▪ Reduce engine exhaust smoke
▪ Improve engine starting
▪ Improve idling
▪ Improve engine POWER
As little as 12.5ml DeSLUDGE per litre of “dirty” engine oil does a great clean-up. Only 2.5ml DeSLUDGE per litre of engine oil for routine maintenance, so a 250ml pack will often do several oil changes.

Does your engine OVERHEAT?
Does your engine overheat, despite thoroughly checking out the cooling system?
This is not unusual. We have many customers who have spent hundreds of dollars on new water pumps, thermostats, heat exchangers, radiators, mechanical or chemical cleaning and still had engines that overheat under load. The problem may result from lack of oil supply.
Put simply, it gets back to basics. Many people do not realize that engine oil has 5 duties to perform, namely ..
1. Wear prevention
2. Corrosion protection
3. Cleaning
4. Providing a seal
5. Cooling.
An engine requires a certain amount of oil flow to provide important cooling to all lubricated parts, especially the underside of pistons, where the combustion flame has a major effect.
If engine services have been overlooked a bit, or over extended, or poor quality oils used, sludge will build up in critical areas and reduce oil flow. Some engines, especially small Japanese diesels, accumulate high oil soot levels.
How to easily test if your oil is “dirty” or not: Rub some oil on your fingers from the dipstick and then wipe it off. If the oil is capable of staining your fingers, there is no detergency left at all, so sludge settles out. The oil should never reach this state, even at the end of its service life.
If sludge is present, oil pick up strainers and galleries can become constricted, or completely blocked. This has a dramatic effect on oil flow and hence engine cooling. Engine oil sludge is a major cause of chronic overheating problems, but can be easily rectified by using our DeSLUDGE super powerful flushing oil concentrate, which contains superior chemicals for cleaning and removing sludge and piston ring groove carbon.
DIRECTIONS on how to use DeSLUDGE:
DeSLUDGE is so efficient at releasing sludges from internal engine components, it is quite common to release a lot of extra volume at an oil change when DeSLUDGE is first used in “dirty” diesel engines .. ensure your used oil catch container is large enough!!
DIRTY ENGINES do this:
Bring engine to FULL operating temperature .. HOT engine oil.
Replace this existing hot oil, then add 12.5ml DeSLUDGE per litre of replacement oil. This replacement oil can be a “low spec” product.
Run HOT engine with replacement oil containing DeSLUDGE at fast idle for 30 minutes.
Drain hot replacement oil containing DeSLUDGE and sludges.
Replace oil filter and refill engine with the recommended clean oil.
Finally, add SupaSLIP anti-friction/anti-wear oil additive for extra power, economy and engine longevity.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE do this:
Prior to a scheduled oil change, add 2.5ml DeSLUDGE per litre of HOT engine oil.
Drive normally for ½ to 1 hour, keeping engine at full operating temperature .. HOT oil.
Drain hot oil containing DeSLUDGE and sludges.
Replace oil filter and refill engine with the recommended clean oil.
